1. Data controller
DWMP S.r.l., Via Dei Falegnami 26, 41122 Modena (Italy), VAT and Tax ID 03306000369, runs the website
www.adminboundaries.com (the “Site”).

2. Data processed
The Site is currently an information page: it has no accounts, no forms and no purchases.
- Browsing data: IP address, date and time of the request, page requested, referrer and user-agent, recorded in the web server logs.
- Messages you send us: if you write to our email address, the data contained in your message.
The Site does not request and is not intended to collect data belonging to special categories (Art. 9 GDPR).
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Operation and security of the Site (serving the pages, detecting abuse and malfunctions): legitimate interest of the Controller, Art. 6.1.f GDPR.
- Replying to your requests: pre-contractual measures taken at your request, Art. 6.1.b GDPR.
No decisions are made based solely on automated processing, and there is no profiling.
4. Cookies and third-party content
The Site does not use profiling or analytics cookies and does not load content from third parties: fonts, styles, scripts and images are all served by the Site itself. Details can be found in the Cookie policy.
5. Recipients
Data is processed by authorized DWMP personnel and by Contabo GmbH (Germany), which provides the server infrastructure as data processor. Data is not disseminated and may only be communicated to public authorities in the cases provided for by law.
6. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Data is stored on servers located in the European Union and is not transferred outside the European Economic Area.
7. Retention period
- Web server logs: 12 months.
- Messages: for the time needed to reply and up to 24 months afterwards.
8. Your rights
You can request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and object to processing based on legitimate interest (Arts. 15-22 GDPR) at any time by writing to info@dwmp.it. You will receive a response within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
9. Updates
This policy will be updated when the Site changes, in particular when downloads and purchases become available: the date below tells you which version you are reading.
