Les paquets ne sont pas encore en vente. Voici les conditions auxquelles nous prévoyons de les vendre ; le texte définitif figurera sur cette page à l'ouverture de la vente.

1. En bref

Un paquet est concédé sous licence à l'entreprise qui l'achète, une seule fois et sans limite de durée. L'entreprise peut l'utiliser dans un nombre illimité de ses propres projets et de projets réalisés pour ses clients. Elle ne peut pas transmettre les fichiers en tant que jeu de données. Les sources officielles dont le paquet est dérivé doivent rester citées.

2. Titulaire de la licence

Le titulaire de la licence est l'entreprise désignée sur la facture. La licence couvre ses salariés et les prestataires qui travaillent pour elle, sur un nombre illimité d'ordinateurs et de serveurs. Elle n'est pas cessible, sauf avec l'ensemble du fonds de commerce.

3. Ce que vous pouvez faire

Utiliser les fichiers dans des sites web, des applications, des logiciels, des rapports, des imprimés et des vidéos, y compris à des fins commerciales.
Les modifier : les simplifier, les fusionner, les reprojeter, en changer le style, les associer à vos propres données.
Livrer à vos clients les œuvres que vous réalisez avec ces fichiers (une carte, une application, un tableau de bord), avec les limites dont l'œuvre a besoin.
Fournir les limites aux utilisateurs de votre application, dans la mesure où l'application en a besoin pour les dessiner ou les interroger.
Continuer à utiliser indéfiniment l'édition achetée, sans autre paiement.

4. Ce que vous ne pouvez pas faire

Revendre, sous-licencier, publier ou partager les fichiers du paquet, ou des fichiers convertis à partir de ceux-ci, en tant que jeu de données ou en téléchargement, à titre onéreux ou gratuit.
Proposer un service dont l'objet principal est de remettre les limites à des tiers (une API de limites ou un service de tuiles ouvert à d'autres).
Remettre le paquet à un client ou à une autre entreprise pour qu'ils l'utilisent de leur côté : ils ont besoin de leur propre licence.
Supprimer ou masquer l'attribution des sources.

5. Attribution des sources

Chaque paquet est une œuvre dérivée de jeux de données ouverts officiels : nous avons simplifié les limites, recodé les entités et construit les tables. Les licences de ces jeux de données exigent que la source soit citée partout où les données sont publiées, et cette obligation vous est transmise. Chaque paquet contient un fichier ATTRIBUTION.md avec la formulation exacte ; une ligne telle que « Limites : adminboundaries.com, d'après les données Istat » à côté de la carte ou dans les crédits suffit. Les éditeurs des sources ne cautionnent pas les paquets.

6. Nos fichiers et les données d'origine

Ce sont deux choses distinctes, que cette licence traite différemment.

Les jeux de données d'origine, tels que leurs éditeurs les diffusent, restent ouverts : chacun peut les obtenir auprès de la source et les utiliser ou les redistribuer selon la licence propre à celle-ci. La présente licence ne les restreint pas.
Les fichiers du paquet sont des données que nous avons produites ou enrichies : limites simplifiées pour que les niveaux s'emboîtent, identifiants, noms traduits, superficies, points d'étiquette, voisins, tables d'historique, fichiers SVG et exemples. C'est leur redistribution que la section 4 interdit.

7. Absence de garantie

Les limites sont généralisées et n'ont aucune valeur officielle ou juridique : elles ne permettent pas d'établir des frontières, des propriétés ou des compétences territoriales. Le paquet est fourni en l'état ; la responsabilité de DWMP S.r.l. est limitée au prix payé pour celui-ci, sauf lorsque la loi ne permet pas cette limitation.

8. Résiliation et droit applicable

La licence prend fin en cas de violation des présentes conditions à laquelle il n'est pas remédié dans les 30 jours suivant notre notification ; les fichiers doivent alors être supprimés. La licence est régie par le droit italien et le tribunal de Modène est compétent.
